Role Overview

The Merchandiser will support sample and order execution activities for Calvin Klein products by coordinating with vendors, business counterparts, and internal teams. The role will assist the supervisor in daily execution and operations while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

Sample & Order Execution

• Track sample delivery and bulk delivery progress.
• Execute sample development activities.
• Manage QA package processes.
• Conduct preliminary cost analysis with vendors.
• Perform system data entry.
• Manage Work In Progress (WIP) updates.
• Assist the supervisor in daily execution and operational activities.

Production Follow-up & Coordination

• Follow up on bulk production execution, including trims, fabric production schedules, and delivery status.
• Communicate with vendors and business counterparts to ensure smooth execution.
• Work with internal teams including material teams, colorist teams, and technical teams.

Decision Making

• Make decisions in the best interest of the brand and corporate objectives.

Resourcefulness & Creativity

• Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and develop practical solutions.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.

• Ability to work with multicultural, multilingual, and multi-time-zone business partners and counterparts.

Qualifications & Experience

• University/Engineering degree with 1–2 years of related work experience; or
• Post-secondary degree with 3–5 years of related work experience in apparel, material, or technical background.
• Experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment is required.

• Experience in manufacturing environment or similar working experience preferred.
