Senior Executive, Field Sales

Major Job Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new business, manage existing accounts and build strong relationships with decision makers
• Generate sales from new and existing customers across export, import and cross-trade activities and achieve the sales target
• Set up customer SOPs with operations
• Ensure customer retention and treat customer complaints as improvement opportunities
• Generate qualified sales leads for network colleagues and follow up on overseas controlled opportunities
• Fulfil the local controlled GP budget and overseas controlled budget
• Focus on all products and segments, including Fashion & Retail, Life Science and Technology, with knowledge of the garment industry, buying houses and liaison offices
• Focus on imports: Project, Intra-Asia, FCL, Airfreight and other global and regional campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university
• Relevant sales experience in the freight forwarding industry or a relevant industry
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Empowered, pro-active thinker, reliable and a team player
• High integrity with good work ethics
