Director, Human Resources and Administration

Key Accountabilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the employee lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to the CMD and Management Committee
• Own leadership and critical-role succession planning, talent acquisition, talent management and retention
• Lead organisation development, capability building and learning strategies
• Lead the people and organisational workstreams during transformation, restructuring and ownership transition
• Lead employee relations and ensure compliance with employment and labour laws and Group requirements
• Develop and govern competitive and sustainable total reward strategies and the manpower and labour budget
• Lead strategic workforce planning, organisation design and people analytics
• Provide overall leadership and governance of Administration: facilities, transportation and fleet, physical security and employee services

Qualification, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification and/or a recognised professional HR qualification would be advantageous
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and/or People & Organisation leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a large, complex organisation
• Experience in a multinational, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, technology, engineering or other asset-intensive environment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading organisational transformation, restructuring, organisation design, senior talent and succession, employee relations and Administration
• Strong business and commercial acumen, analytical capability and governance orientation
• Exposure to M&A, ownership transition, integration or other major corporate transformation is an advantage
