Senior Cargo Agent (DAC)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the ground handling agent’s service against Emirates standards (build-up, space, load control, safety)
• Monitor import cargo receipt and breakdown and resolve issues
• Prepare and verify cargo documentation in line with local regulation and company policy
• Update flight handling reports and dispatch post-flight information
• Handle cargo reservations and resolve customer queries, complaints and claims
• Coach and support Cargo Agents

Requirements

• Graduate
• Minimum 3 years in airline / cargo operations, including at least 2 years as a Cargo Agent
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations (a DG certificate is ideal), Weight & Balance and Live Animal Regulation
• Microsoft Word, Excel and email skills
• Fluent English and Bangla; shift work
• Right to live and work in Bangladesh
