Epic Group is hiring a Head of Product Development for its factory sample room in Dhaka, from concept samples to pre-production samples.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of seasonal collections in line with customer brand aesthetics and trends
  • Collaborate with overseas designers on tech packs and design specifications
  • Own the garment fitting process and supervise sample creation
  • Work with merchandising, production and fabric supply chain teams
  • Run risk assessments on development samples, including garment safety for kidswear
  • Lead and mentor product developers, tech pack creators and technical designers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in Fashion Design, Apparel/Product Development, Textile/Garment Technology or related
  • End-to-end garment product development experience
  • Strong factory and sample-room experience
  • Good understanding of European, especially French, fashion trends
  • Excellent English; French or Spanish preferred
