  • Monitor the content & onboarding team, making sure SLAs and quality standards are met
  • Track agent performance and prepare reports in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Ensure accurate menu creation, timely updates and dish-level photography in line with SOPs
  • Train vendors on tablet operations, order fulfillment, operating hours, payment and billing
  • Run regular quality checks to improve content accuracy and customer experience
  • Work with cross-functional teams on projects that improve onboarding and content
