Lead, Business Intelligence

The Role

• Analyze and provide data management and analysis solutions through Tableau and Snowflake for Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance
• Act as subject matter expert in BI tools, converting business requests to technical requirements
• Mentor and support other BI Analysts on the team
• Develop, document and train users on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Convert business logic into SQL and create technical specifications for data flow and transformation
• Document solution design and conduct reviews, walkthroughs and solution testing

The Requirement

• BSc in Computer Science & Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience
• Experience with an enterprise data warehouse (Snowflake or similar)
• Experience with Qlikview or Tableau and ETL tools (Talend or others)
• Strong SQL and data warehouse methodology knowledge
• ERP experience such as JD Edwards is an asset
• Good written and spoken English
