Marketing Director

JTI Bangladesh is hiring a Marketing Director to lead its whole marketing function: portfolio, pricing, insights, consumer engagement, activation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy: brand portfolio, pricing, consumer engagement, activation and innovation
  • Drive portfolio, pricing, trade and distribution strategies with the Sales team
  • Lead the marketing parts of annual strategic and business planning, insights and forecasting
  • Oversee the full marketing mix, new products and packaging
  • Manage marketing budgets, brand P&L and resource allocation
  • Work with the Managing Director, ExCom and regional and global teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from a reputed institution
  • 15+ years in marketing, portfolio strategy, brand management, pricing or RGM in multinational FMCG or tobacco
  • Proven record of building brands, portfolio and pricing strategies with P&L management
  • Experience leading high-performing teams across global, regional and local markets
  • Age 37 to 50 years
