About the Role
Marico Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Treasury to support financial operations, working capital management, cash flow optimization, and treasury activities.
The role focuses on ensuring smooth fund utilization, managing banking relationships, handling trade finance transactions, and maintaining compliance with financial reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage the working capital of the company.
- Review and monitor cash flow to ensure optimum utilization of funds.
- Support effective liquidity management and financial planning.
Payment & Banking Operations
- Ensure smooth processing of payments, including inward and outward foreign remittances.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners for efficient treasury operations.
- Manage trade finance products, including Letter of Credit (LC), LCA, TT transactions, and related banking activities.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare corporate reports and MIS with detailed financial analysis.
- Ensure timely statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage FDI return submissions, CIB database updates, dividend remittances, royalty remittances, Technical Assistance (TA) fee remittances, and cross-charge remittances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Treasury or a similar Finance role.
- Candidates with relevant Treasury experience and graduates from reputed universities are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of treasury operations and financial processes.
- Understanding of cash flow management and working capital optimization.
- Familiarity with trade finance products such as LC, LCA, and TT.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Knowledge
- Familiarity with Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions (GFET) will be considered an added advantage.
