Deputy Territory Manager

About the Role

Marico Bangladesh Limited is looking for a dynamic Deputy Territory Manager to lead a sales territory, build frontline business capabilities, and contribute directly to Marico's growth journey while developing sales leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver volume, value, and distribution objectives for the assigned territory.
• Drive effective market execution to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising excellence.
• Manage distributor operations, inventory health, and service levels to support business growth.
• Supervise and coach distributor sales force to improve productivity and execution quality.
• Expand outlet coverage and strengthen distribution reach across the territory.
• Execute trade programs, promotional activities, and category growth initiatives in the market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of territory KPIs through structured planning, review, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, territory data, and business analytics.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree / Degree passed.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in FMCG Sales.
• Ability to lead and manage a team while focusing on execution.
• Ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
