Bancassurance Sales Support Officer (Contractual)

MetLife Bangladesh is hiring a Bancassurance Sales Support Officer on a contractual basis, to support the sales teams of its partner banks with insurance product selling, training and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line insurance specialist support to assigned bank branches for sales management, information support and training
  • Follow up and resolve product and sales process queries from the banks’ bancassurance sales personnel
  • Coordinate closely with the assigned sales team to ensure business achievements
  • Build relationships with the bancassurance sales teams of partner bank branches
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries from the assigned branches
  • Support the digital sales support tools

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales roles; consultative selling experience is an added advantage
  • Experience in banks or financial institutes is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong command of Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
