Digital Support Associate (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to financial associates over the phone or through remote desktop tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
• Configure and maintain back-office systems and software applications
• Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues and educate financial associates on using their technology
• Contribute to support processes that improve efficiency and satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in IT or a related discipline
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Knowledge of basic financial items and data
