Senior Executive, Learning & Capability Development (Retail Trainer)

MR DIY Bangladesh is hiring a Senior Executive, Learning & Capability Development (Retail Trainer) to upskill its retail store teams.

Bangladesh (frequent travel to store outlets)Deadline: 31 October 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom sessions and hands-on shop-floor training across outlets
  • Train on store SOPs, visual merchandising, product knowledge, cashiering and customer service
  • Design retail training modules, job aids and quick-reference SOP manuals
  • Measure training effectiveness and track ROI, sales impact and compliance
  • Run the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support new store openings and campaign rollouts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in HRM, IER, Business Administration, Retail Management or related
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years in retail operations or retail training, ideally a multi-store chain
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills in English and Bengali
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms and training assessment tools
  • Willing to travel often to store outlets across regions
