Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Ensure sales growth and explore untapped markets.
  • Lead the sales team (SR/Sales Officer) and assess sales performance according to KPI.
  • Manage distributors and ensure availability of products in the assigned territory.
  • Analyze sales data to understand sales trends and competition.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with good CGPA.
  • Candidates from a Business background will be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and good command over MS Office.
  • Mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
