Role Overview

New Zealand Dairy Products (BD) Limited is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Executive – ERP. The role focuses on managing ERP systems, ensuring data integrity, supporting system users, and improving business processes through ERP-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement ERP systems based on business requirements
Manage data migration, system integration, and synchronization while ensuring data security
Identify and mitigate risks related to ERP implementation and system performance
Diagnose and resolve ERP system errors, bugs, and performance issues
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across ERP modules
Identify opportunities to improve processes through ERP optimization
Coordinate with IT teams and ERP vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
Generate and analyze ERP system reports for management decision-making
Provide training and technical support to end-users

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Software Engineering (SE)
Degree must be from a reputed university with a good academic record

Experience

2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation or system management

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Java, Jasper Reports, SQL, HTML, C++, and Python
Knowledge of Linux Server Administration and AWS Cloud environments
Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Sales, Distribution, Procurement, Commercial, Production, Warehouse, and Accounts
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP will be an added advantage
