Nippon Paint (Bangladesh), part of the Japanese Nippon Paint group, is hiring an Executive / Sr. Executive for Procurement & Logistics in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor purchase orders and procurement activities in SAP S/4HANA
  • Coordinate with local and international suppliers on quotations, confirmations and deliveries
  • Build Excel-based procurement tracking, planning and reporting tools
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports
  • Monitor purchase order status, supplier delivery performance and lead times
  • Keep procurement records in SAP and Excel up to date

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field; engineering (BSc/MSc) or BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred
  • 3+ years in procurement planning and purchase order tracking
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA; knowledge of SAP MM is preferred
  • Advanced Excel and strong English communication
  • Power Query and Power BI are an advantage
