GTM Operations Analyst

Optimizely is hiring a GTM Operations Analyst in Dhaka (hybrid) to support the monthly compensation process and oversee the administration and calculation of the Go-To-Market compensation plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project manage monthly commission calculations with inputs from Sales Operations, Customer Success and Finance
  • Handle the day-to-day upkeep of Optimizely’s ICM (Incentive Compensation Model)
  • Support GTM teams by answering questions on attainment calculations and compensation payout
  • Work with HR and Finance to track employee changes and distribute compensation plans
  • Provide on-demand compensation analytics, including OTE and quota attainment
  • Manage exception requests and recommend tools to improve performance and standardize processes

Knowledge, Experience & Education

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience in GTM (Sales) Operations, Analytics, FP&A or Total Rewards
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and commissions tools preferred
  • Strong planning, execution, presentation and problem-solving skills
