Senior Product Manager (Commerce Connect)

Optimizely is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Dhaka for its Commerce Connect team, an individual contributor role that owns the product roadmap and delivery with Engineering, UX and go-to-market teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the customer by gathering feedback from users and stakeholders and prioritizing requests
  • Own the product roadmap for Commerce Connect, balancing near-term customer value with long-term goals
  • Build agentic AI workflows in the product and use AI tools to work more efficiently as a PM
  • Draft detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with early input from Engineering and UX
  • Partner with Engineering, UX and Data/Analytics to deliver from concept through launch in an agile/scrum environment
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on enablement, packaging and messaging
  • Monitor product health signals and present product updates, demos and tradeoffs to leadership and customers

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3+ years of SaaS product management experience
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch and iteration
  • Familiarity with eCommerce product/catalog concepts for B2C
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
