Optimizely is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dhaka to own the full recruiting lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles across multiple levels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review applications and interview candidates by phone, video or on-site
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job specifications and must-have qualifications
  • Identify and engage passive candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline
  • Coordinate smooth, timely scheduling throughout the interview and selection process
  • Extend, pitch and negotiate job offers, securing approvals as needed
  • Provide recruitment status reports, analyze recruiting metrics and develop action plans

Knowledge, Experience & Education

  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience within the software industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms and job boards (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), plus Excel and Outlook
  • Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
