Manager, Restaurant Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, hygiene and food safety
• Lead, supervise, motivate and develop the restaurant team
• Monitor restaurant performance, revenue, operating costs and departmental budgets
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally
• Prepare duty rosters, manage manpower allocation and conduct briefings, training and performance evaluations
• Support promotional activities, menu launches, special events and upselling

Job Requirements

• Minimum Graduate from a recognized university; a hospitality degree will get preference
• Professional training or certification in Food & Beverage - Service will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage - Service Department, including 2 to 3 years as Manager of an F&B outlet or services in a leading 4 or 5 star hotel
• Overseas experience holders will get preference
• Maximum 40 years of age on the last date of submitting the application (may be relaxed for deserving candidates)
• Commendable communication proficiency in spoken and written English and Bangla
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
