Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial planning cycle and consolidate channel plans
  • Turn business strategy into commercial priorities, targets and initiatives
  • Build performance dashboards, insights and commercial reviews
  • Coordinate forecasting and scenario planning with Finance and category teams
  • Lead strategic commercial projects and Route-to-Market assessments
  • Define commercial capability priorities and build learning tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related analytical discipline
  • Typically 6 to 8 years in commercial planning, strategy, sales operations, BI or commercial finance
  • Experience building business plans, forecasts and management reports
  • Strong analytical, presentation and business-modelling skills
  • Experience delivering commercial capability programmes is an advantage
