Manager SFP Consumer Activation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated activation and deployment plans across categories
• Lead Brand Activators and allocate resources by business priority
• Manage agencies, suppliers and temporary activation resources
• Set activation standards, briefing materials and field controls
• Monitor execution quality, consumer response and performance
• Manage activation budgets and evaluate program effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• Typically 6 to 8 years in brand activation, field marketing, sales deployment or trade marketing
• Experience leading field teams, agencies and complex activation calendars
• FMCG, retail or regulated consumer products experience is an advantage
