QIMA is hiring an HR Specialist in Dhaka on a six-month contract to run hiring for its Consumer Products Division in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run hiring for the Consumer Products Division in SEA countries
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (80 to 100 hires a year)
  • Support local admin and C&B matters
  • Prepare contracts, onboarding and letters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years in HR, especially recruitment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
