About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager / Junior Territory Sales Manager, the role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a territory, lead a team, and gain hands-on experience in FMCG sales.

The role involves managing an assigned territory, driving sales performance, working closely with ground-level sales teams, and contributing to business growth across Reckitt's renowned Health and Hygiene brands, including Dettol, Harpic, Lizol, Veet, and Vanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve month-wise sales objectives of the territory for the entire product range.
• Lead a team to ensure sales throughout the assigned area.
• Properly manage and analyze data.
• Ensure merchandising activities through distributors' sales staff are conducted according to standards.
• Drive KPI Trackers, Route Plans, Distributor Stock Statements, Damage Return Books, DSR Logbooks, Daily Sales Reports, and other relevant tools.
• Structure and implement sales routes along with sales representatives while optimizing infrastructure deployment.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a UGC-approved University or recognized Foreign University.

Experience & Eligibility

• Freshers with a keen interest in building a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant work experience are also eligible to apply.
