Finance Director (Pakistan & Bangladesh)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial results of the affiliate in line with Roche Group Accounting, local standards, tax and customs
• Lead the procurement, supply chain and facility services functions
• Drive a simple, fit-for-purpose business planning process
• Partner with business leaders on the affiliate transformation

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of finance experience
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, CIMA) preferred, or a university degree / MBA
• Proven record of fiscal planning, financial governance and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen and people development
