Senior Specialist - Compensation, HR Analytics & Operations

Singer Bangladesh Limited is hiring a Senior Specialist - Compensation, HR Analytics & Operations to lead Total Rewards, People Analytics, HRIS, workforce planning and HR governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Total Rewards strategy, salary structures, grading, incentives, bonuses and benefits
  • Drive market benchmarking, pay equity, compensation analytics and the annual salary review
  • Lead People Analytics, HR dashboards, workforce analytics and HR KPI frameworks
  • Lead personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling and cost optimization
  • Lead SAP-HCM/HRIS effectiveness, automation and digitalization
  • Oversee payroll inputs, compensation data, deductions and incentives
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • MBA in Human Resource Management, Accounting or MIS; MSc in Mathematics or Statistics; or MSS in Economics
  • At least 8 years of experience in Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances or Multinational Companies
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, reporting and financial modelling
  • Strong knowledge of SAP-HCM/HRIS, HR analytics, budgeting, labour law, payroll and benefits
  • Age 30 to 40 years
