Junior Contract Management Specialist

SMEC, an SJ Group company, is hiring a Junior Contract Management Specialist in Dhaka for the contract management team of an ongoing construction project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with contract terms, deliverables and timelines
  • Prepare and track contract amendments, variations and extensions of time
  • Maintain contract registers, correspondence and notices; report on contract status
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients and consultants on contractual matters
  • Give technical guidance on contract law, dispute resolution and contract execution

Requirements

  • Graduation in Civil Engineering or a relevant subject
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 1 year in similar contract management
  • Experience in construction law preferred
