SOC Manager (Service Operation Center)

ZTE Corporation is hiring a SOC Manager to lead the Network Service Operation Center, with direct accountability for Service Quality Monitoring (SQM) and Customer Complaint Handling (CCH) operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SOC service, including SQM and CCH operations and teams
  • Own SQM: organize routine monitoring of service quality KQIs/KPIs and make sure trouble tickets are closed on time
  • Own CCH: organize Tier 3 analysis of customer complaints, including VIP complaints, and track each to closure
  • Track and manage SLA performance for both SQM and CCH services
  • Lead the teams: work allocation, performance management, coaching and capability development
  • Serve as a key interface with the telecom operator customer and take ownership of major customer issues

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in EEE, CSE or a related subject
  • At least 5 years in the telecommunications industry with knowledge of RAN (2G, 4G, 5G), Core and Transmission network architecture
  • Hands-on experience in SQM and/or CCH services
  • Familiarity with service KPIs such as throughput, latency, packet loss and retransmission rate
  • Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
  • Age at least 25 years
