Executive - IND Back Office

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection, testing, calibration and assessment projects from job confirmation to completion
• Plan and schedule inspectors, equipment and subcontractors
• Act as the main contact between clients, business development, inspectors and internal teams
• Review purchase orders, proposals and contracts before project start
• Support billing, invoicing and payment follow-up
• Keep project records accurate and support internal and external audits

Requirements

• Graduate in ME / EEE / CSE from a reputed university
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of back office experience at a TIC company
