Prevention Program Manager / Senior Manager, SHOTORKO project

Winrock International is hiring a Prevention Program Manager / Senior Manager in Dhaka for SHOTORKO, its U.S. Department of State-funded project against trafficking of Bangladeshis for forced criminality in online scam operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project’s prevention activities in the target districts
  • Train prospective migrants, partners and local government on deceptive digital recruitment
  • Provide technical oversight of the prevention implementing partners
  • Support BMET and MoEWOE on recruiter and employer vetting
  • Oversee awareness campaigns on safe migration and reporting
  • Contribute to work plans, budgets, monitoring and reporting

Requirements

  • Master’s in social science or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 7 years implementing prevention activities in counter-trafficking programmes
  • Knowledge of human trafficking, migration and survivor-centred approaches
  • Experience designing awareness campaigns and training programmes
  • Fluent Bangla and English; willing to travel in the country
