Territory Officer

Nestlé Bangladesh is hiring Territory Officers (anywhere in Bangladesh) to grow territory sales through distributors, run trade and merchandising programs and lead the secondary sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify territory business opportunities and build the territory strategy from the regional plan
  • Set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for each distributor and track redistribution value and volume
  • Ensure product availability in all relevant channels through the distributor’s sales force
  • Deliver merchandising, display and POP standards and run all RTM, trade and visibility programs
  • Lead, coach and develop the secondary sales team to reach in-store and sales objectives
  • Be accountable for all operational programs in the assigned territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fresh graduates passionate about a sales career are highly encouraged, especially with field experience
  • Result focused and initiative driven
