Quality Assurance Associate (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based QA and QC checklists for each process
• Run daily QA and QC testing in line with MetLife’s quality assurance guidelines
• Test controls across operational departments
• Check operational data integrity and follow up corrections
• Monitor progress on audit issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Accounting, Finance or a related field from a reputed university
• 2 to 3 years of experience in QA/QC, control testing and/or audit
• Chartered Accountancy courses are an added advantage
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong written communication and MS Office skills
