Territory Officer

Banglalink is hiring Territory Officers to run distribution, retailers and trade marketing in their territory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Khulna Regional Office (Non-Metro); willing to be placed anywhere in BangladeshDeadline: 31 October 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and carry out the territory distribution plan
  • Supervise the distributors’ workforce and the trade marketing field force
  • Check Retail Sales Officers’ sales and POSM visibility
  • Create new retailers and grow new acquisitions
  • Analyse new acquisition, I-top-up, scratch card and M-wallet sales trends
  • Gather market and competitor information

Requirements

  • Graduation from any UGC-approved institution
  • Fresh graduates who have completed all courses are highly encouraged; 0-1 year in sales can also apply
  • Basic knowledge of distribution sales and trade marketing
  • MS Word, Excel and Access
  • Willing to be placed anywhere in Bangladesh
