Head of Alternative Delivery Channel Technology Support (Up to SVP)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology for ADC, card management, ATM/POS switching, digital payments and internet and mobile banking
• Run switching and card platforms (TranzWare, ITCL, Compass Plus or equivalent)
• Define technology roadmaps for ADC, digital payments, call center and API integration
• Keep technology compliant with Bangladesh Bank directives and PCI DSS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, CSE, IT, Engineering or relevant
• 15 to 18 years in banking technology, payments or digital channels
• Card management and payment switching platforms
• Enterprise call center solutions, middleware and API integration
