External Engagement Manager - General

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and run the company’s external engagement strategy with government, policymakers, industry bodies and NGOs
  • Shape advocacy for a sustainable and predictable regulatory environment
  • Monitor political, regulatory and legislative developments and advise business leaders
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders and in industry forums
  • Prepare advocacy materials, briefing documents and position papers
  • Build and lead a high-performing team

Requirements

  • Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration or related
  • Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, corporate affairs or stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of the political, legislative and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven people leadership experience
