The Graduate Associate Program is Standard Chartered Bangladesh’s flagship pathway for fresh talents aspiring to build a career with the country’s top international bank. Programme Overview (9 Months)
- Rotations: Functional and cross-functional stints across the bank.
- Mandatory Learnings: E-learnings, self-learning curricula, foundation training at BIBM, and Banking Professional Examinations.
- Leadership Exposure: Engagements and future-skills workshops with CMT and senior executives.
- Wellbeing: Interpersonal & wellness training with access to bank resources.
- Robust Foundation: Real-life problem solving and opportunities to impact the business.
- Networking: Exposure across matrixed business lines at all levels.
- Give Back: Employee volunteering activities.
Your Career Progression
Post-program placement based on suitability in Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB), Operations (T&O), or other functions.
Eligibility
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (all disciplines welcome).
- Final grades published on or before 30 September 2025.
- Fresh graduates encouraged; up to 1 year experience may apply.
- Permanent legal right to work in Bangladesh.
