Payroll Banking (Business Development Officer / Manager), JO to FAVP

NCC Bank is hiring Business Development Officers / Managers (JO to FAVP) for Payroll Banking in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and win new payroll banking business through market research and corporate engagement
  • Onboard new corporate clients and grow existing payroll relationships
  • Grow salary inflows, transaction volumes and CASA balances
  • Cross-sell retail loans, cards and deposit products to payroll customers
  • Plan roadshows and sales campaigns
  • Keep to the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • MBA / MBM / Masters / four-year Bachelor’s (preferably Business), no third class
  • Minimum 16 years of schooling
  • Minimum 2 years in payroll banking or related functions at a bank or FI
  • Corporate liability, digital banking or cash management experience is an advantage
